More cake!

This post is actually an extension of the previous one on Christmas Cake. Actually it is called Plum Cake. Here I am going to paste 2 pictures: one of the Christmas Pudding I had in the Christmas week, and one of the Plum cake that my friend got from Kochi, Kerala. And wow! This cake is sooo good :) I have tasted plum cakes you get in the bakeries here but they are just not the same. This one is FILLED with dry fruits. I managed to get about half the pieces complete. The rest of the cake I crumbled but its worth it!

The Christmas Pudding too was really very good. One suggestion: warm up the cake/pudding very slightly before eating. It changes the flavour... It makes it better.
