Happy New Year!

Happy new year to all!! I am not posting any pictures in this post. Simply because I have too many pictures to transfer. And lets face it, it was the holiday season and I have loads of pictures in store. So what all did I make? Muffins (lots of muffins!), Chrismas cake (obviously) and Bread. Baking seems to my favourite ;) although I do like to cook other savoury foods too. Take for example, Pizza (ok so thats baked again, but what about the sauce? I make that too!), Pav Bhaji, Bhel, etc. Give me a recipe and I'll make it. What I really want to make are those fancy, continental dishes: entres, main courses, salads etc. But they require special ingredients not used in every day cooking, so for the time being, I think I'll concentrate on something else.
