Christmas Cake!!
As a kid I never really liked this cake much. It has Cinnamon and Cloves, a combination of spices that I did not like. Then my mother stopped putting cinnamon and miraculously I loved this cake! I know cinnamon adds that special flavour without which there's something missing. Now a days I do not mind the flavour. But I love the cake. Its a different cake and I had never made it.
